Vyacheslav Trotsenko, the founder and CEO of Teiva Systems, shared his journey from managing various startups in Ukraine to entering the US market. He emphasized the strategic importance of setting clear goals and aligning them with personal values, which became a decisive factor in his success. Vyacheslav's approach to integrating personal priorities with professional goals resonated deeply with the audience.

On March 14, the Ukrainian IT Cluster in Munich had the pleasure of hosting 
an inspiring speaker, Roman Buznykovatyy, a highly successful Ukrainian 
entrepreneur who has a fascinating story to tell. His journey to Europe 
began in Portugal, where he first ventured into the construction industry 
before eventually founding a unique AI start up in Germany.
During his captivating talk, Roman shared his remarkable transformation 
from a potential scientist to a seasoned entrepreneur, providing priceless 
insights, personal stories and practical advice. 
Of particular interest was his involvement in the creation of an artificial 
intelligence start-up focused on the creation of fragrances. This company 
faced both challenges and successes. The highlight was the successful sale 
of the start-up to a strategic partner during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The official opening of the DUWEI, ukrainisches Business Hub and 
Ukrainian IT Cluster branch in Stuttgart took place on February 22, 
2024, which was an incredible event that gathered a large number 
of participants and brought with it enormous energy and many 
interesting ideas.
At the beginning of the event, Vyacheslav Orlov, Head of Ukrainian 
Business Hub, and the project team, including Roman Prystatskyy, 
co-founder of IT Cluster, personally greeted the guests, who took 
an active part in the opening, expressing their support and 
commitment to the development of the community. Viktor 
Kishchenko, the leader of the Ukrainian IT Cluster in Stuttgart, was 
introduced during the opening session, and he enthusiastically 
accepted this responsibility. He shared his achievements, plans and
ideas for further development of the IT Cluster in Stuttgart.
The participants of the event showed a strong interest, asking 
many questions and discussing various topics. This demonstrates 
active interaction and a desire to work together to develop the 
Ukrainian community in Stuttgart.

The first unofficial meeting of the Ukrainian IT Cluster called "Meet & Beer" 
took place in Munich. It was a great opportunity for the participants to meet,
where they discussed not only current trends in the world of technology, but
also shared their own experiences and ideas about start-ups and 
cooperation, while enjoying a friendly atmosphere and delicious beer. Such 
meetings create a supportive atmosphere for cooperation and common 
development of the Ukrainian IT industry in Germany.

interesting insights and important experience he has gained on his way to 
success.
The meeting included a discussion of various aspects such as work 
experience in German IT companies, the history of Visarsoft's formation and 
development, recommendations for a career in IT, and secrets of success in
